My workouts are designed with your specific needs in mind, so we’ll always be working toward healthier living and better quality of life.

Live personal training at my home gym or your home gym

  • $45 per 45-55 minute session

Virtual Personal Training via FaceTime or Zoom

Weekly & Monthly Workout Program

For the more experienced exerciser who needs structure and accountability. This plan includes a personalized weekly or monthly calendar, continual support, and weekly check-ins.

  • $15 per week or $50 per month

Group Training

Group training sessions are also available! Grab your mom, husband, your besties for a group workout. Message me for more details on this discounted price option.
