Live personal training at my home gym or your home gym
- $45 per 45-55 minute session
- $25 per 30-minute session
Virtual Personal Training via FaceTime or Zoom
- $40 per 45-55 minute session
- $25 per 30-minute session
- Packages are available for multiple sessions purchased at one time!
Weekly & Monthly Workout Program
For the more experienced exerciser who needs structure and accountability. This plan includes a personalized weekly or monthly calendar, continual support, and weekly check-ins.
- $15 per week or $50 per month
Group Training
Group training sessions are also available! Grab your mom, husband, your besties for a group workout. Message me for more details on this discounted price option.
